Join the Douglas County Historical Society for our next Artifact Chat: World War II, taking place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 19, at the Douglas County Historical Society (1219 Nokomis St. in Alexandria, MN)!

These informal, educational community events by DCHS associate director Jenna Collins feature items from our collection and are presented casually, allowing time for questions during the talk. In addition to the artifacts on display, Jenna will give a 20-30 minute presentation on the historical context and happenings of the topic.

Our Artifact Chats are free and open to the public. Coffee and small refreshments are provided.
