01. Who we are

Collective.Guide is a local directory for Central Minnesota. We connect real people with real local businesses, events, and resources — no algorithms, no paid placements.

02. What you can do

Browse listings, discover events, read resources, and contact local businesses. That's what this is for. Do that freely.

03. What you can't do

Don't scrape the site, submit fake listings, impersonate a business, or use it for spam. Basically: don't be a jerk, and don't undermine the community we're building here.

04. If you're a member

You're responsible for keeping your listing accurate. We verify listings annually, but you know your business best. Don't misrepresent what you offer.

05. Your content

Anything you submit (photos, descriptions, event info) stays yours. You're giving us permission to display it on the site. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.

06. Our liability

We do our best to keep things accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it. Use common sense before making decisions based on what you find here.

When you click through to a business's website, social media, or contact them directly, you're leaving Collective.Guide. What happens on their site, in that inbox, or on that platform is outside our control — and outside our responsibility. We're the directory, not the destination.

07. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If something big changes, we'll say so. Continuing to use the site means you're good with the current version.
