Grab your besties (or come solo and make new ones) for a Galentine’s Day experience that’s equal parts playful, powerful, and deeply embodied.
This isn’t your average girls’ night. It’s a chance to reconnect with your body, explore pleasure and ease without shame, and learn how to feel more at home in yourself—guided by a dream team of experts: a somatic bodyworker, a sex & mental health therapist, and a pelvic floor therapist.
Together, we’ll gently move, sip, snack, laugh, and get curious about the parts of us that are often ignored or rushed past. Expect grounding practices, honest conversation, myth-busting insights, and plenty of “wait… why did no one teach us this sooner?” moments.
- Come for the sisterhood
- Stay for the body wisdom
- Leave feeling softer, sensual, and more connected
No prior experience needed—just a willingness to show up as you are. This is a judgment-free, inclusive space to celebrate your body, your pleasure, and your relationships (starting with the one you have with yourself).
Because Galentine’s Day isn’t just about loving your friends—it’s about loving you, too
