The Phelps Mill Festival, one of the region's most beloved arts celebrations, returns to Phelps Mill County Park (20935 Cty Hwy 45, Underwood) on Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12, 2026, and this year brings a showstopping centerpiece: the 2nd Annual Phelps Mill Sing-Off.

Solo Artist CompetitionNow in its second year, the Phelps Mill Sing-Off is a solo artist vocal competition with a $1,000 grand prize up for grabs. The competition takes place Sunday, July 12 beginning at Noon on the festival's main stage.Solo performers from the region will compete head-to-head for the top prize in what promises to be one of the most exciting events of the summer festival season.
