JS Event Rental has over 2,500 rental items for all types of events. It's important to make arrangments for rental items well in advance ensure availability and avoid last-minute stress, especially when planning a grad party or wedding.

As a general guideline, consider booking your tent at least 6 to 12 months before your event date. This timeframe allows you to have a wider selection of sizes and styles to choose from, and it also provides you enough time to coordinate other details like seating, lighting, and décor. If your event is during a peak season, such as summer or popular holiday weekends, it's wise to lean towards the longer end of this range.
