Following these steps, we begin production. Starting with a pre-construction meeting, the first official step to completing your home project includes meeting the team assembled just for you. This is the time to review drawings, specs, and a basic timeline that works with your schedule.
Once your project has been completed, rest assured that Shaa Construction will follow your lead should anything arise. We’ll provide you with a homeowner manual which includes all of your paperwork in one easy-to-access location. We’ll also give you contact lists which include information on how to reach certain people should trouble arise. Finally, we strive to meet or exceed all current building codes and regulations and we are required by state law to provide a chapter 327a warranty found at revisor.mn.gov
